🌐 The Sulawesi power system in Indonesia, operated by PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN), is about to experience a transformative shift with upcoming upgrades and expansion. To help navigate this journey, PT PLN (Persero) collaborated with G-PST on a comprehensive road map that outlines the best-in-class structure and related functional capabilities for the Sulawesi Control Center. This road map, developed through G-PST's Pillar 2, led by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in partnership with EPRI, provides useful insights for PLN's strategic planning and engineering design. 🔌💡 This framework serves as a guide for PLN as they embark on this transition, addressing control center functionality, facility design, and future data analysis needs.
