Dr. Bill Carruthers is the President/CEO of GrantProse. He has over 20 years’ experience writing and winning grants and is a founding member of the Grants Information Network of NC. Bill leads the GrantProse team that supports clients with a wealth of experience and expertise in program evaluation, statistics, data analysis, research, STEM disciplines, education (K-12+), and psychology and school counseling.
