The JCF was seeded and developed as a collaboration of so many organizations to ensure there is alignment between the goals of the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund and the economic development needs of communities across the country. We look forward to working with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to meet not only the goals of the GGRF but also the Administration's #Justice40 goals.

Excited to share that I recently started a new position at the DC-based Institute for Market Transformation. Since 1996, IMT has been on a mission to drive demand for high-performance buildings nationally, with a renewed commitment to center equity in decarbonization efforts. I'm joining a great team, and with our partners we are rapidly growing a network of community-led energy efficiency hubs across the country. New Orleans is still my home, where happily I remain on the faculty at Tulane University--and with more good news about the architecture and real estate programs there coming soon.
