  • Thank You for Joining Us! The IREM Oregon-Columbia River Chapter had an incredible time hosting the tour of the iconic Pacwest Center last week. The recent renovations have transformed the building's lobby into a modern, state-of-the-art space. After the tour, we enjoyed a delightful happy hour on the terrace, catching up with colleagues over drinks and appetizers. Thank you to everyone who attended and made this event such a success! Your enthusiasm made it a memorable experience. We look forward to seeing you at our future events. #IREM #PacwestCenter #Networking #RealEstate

The building received a major building renovation which was completed prior to the Pandemic. It transformed the existing two-story lobby into a socially driven, state-of-the-art interior for building tenants. Immediately following the tour, will be a happy hour on the terrace. • Today, #IREM honors and celebrates Juneteenth, a federal holiday in the United States that marks the emancipation of enslaved African Americans. The name Juneteenth blends "June" and "nineteenth," reflecting its annual celebration on June 19. On this day in 1865, enslaved African Americans in Texas were finally informed of their freedom, over two months after the Civil War had ended. This announcement enforced the Emancipation Proclamation issued by President Abraham Lincoln on January 1, 1863, nearly two and a half years earlier. The legacy of Juneteenth underscores the importance of perseverance and hope in challenging times. We encourage you to learn more about this significant holiday here: https://hubs.li/Q02Cjv1V0
