Jacob Stern & Sons Inc. is a privately owned importer, exporter, processor and distributor of specialty agricultural products. For more than 155 years, our reputation has been synonymous with quality, stability and long-standing relationships. We are one of the longest serving family owned businesses in the U.S. Certainly, that’s success we’re proud of. But we’re even more proud of the way we achieved it—through respect, integrity, dependability and commitment—principles that guided the Stern family long before guiding our company. Today, our company has grown to include two divisions: Acme-Hardesty - located in Blue Bell PA, is one of North America’s largest distributors of oleochemicals, castor oils and derivatives, preservatives and bio-based products. Jacob Stern & Sons – Texas - located in Houston, stores and processes tallow and yellow grease customized to meet the needs and specifications of global partners.
