AllShifts - U.S. Headquarters, Newark (17,000 SF) The New Good Neighbor Awards are bestowed to the Top Ten building projects in the Garden State. The project is sited in Fidelco’s (Marc Berson’s) 494 Broad Street (entire 4th floor), adjacent to Fidelco’s former NJ Bell building on Washington Park. Notable tenants there include Rutgers Law School and Audible, Inc. Dan Blackburn represented Fidelco. For KG this effort represents another of our multi-discipline team efforts. A new opportunity at our recently reopened Hoboken, NJ location for: We are staffing our office on the waterfront at the NJ Transit/Hudson County Light rail/PATH station and Hudson Ferry Terminal, fifty steps from all station platforms. KG/KNA is celebrating our 35th year of practice in 2024 - join us as we continue to expand in the tri-state area. With offices in Harding Twp, NJ, and Stonington, CT the firm is positioned to enjoy continued growth as we service our bedrock clients in the pending 2025 recovery. Active in commercial office, mixed-use, residential, industrial/logistics, health and hospital, education as well as urban design/planning and redevelopment work for existing and repositioned sites across the tri-state. Our staff is slated to expand in the next six months, with three positions available in Hoboken this fall. Job Captains- 5-7 years of professional experience and a bachelor’s degree in architecture is required. Intermediates- 3-5 years of professional experience and a bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design is required. *All potential applicants, please be aware that extensive experience in commercial and/or medical projects is desired. * We offer competitive salaries, a flex schedule that includes one day remote after a four-month review, full individual health benefits (after a year of employment, 50% coverage at four months), and the opportunity to work from both our Harding and Hoboken locations.
