Exciting News! We're thrilled to announce the acquisition of our newest self-storage property, an 84-unit facility in Aurora, MO! This marks our 32nd property in the great state of Missouri, expanding our presence to offer more storage solutions for those in need. Special thanks to our Senior District Manager, Shaun Petrovich, for managing all day-of tasks solo. Your hard work is greatly appreciated! Ring the bell!! Yesterday, we closed on a stunning facility in Lewiston, Maine, boasting 263 units and 32,460 square feet of space! This brings us to 16 facilities in the beautiful state of Maine. We extend a huge thank you to District Manager Joshua Metzig, and Facility Managers Chris Tardif and Jake Masarsky for their exceptional efforts. A special shoutout goes to our data analyst, Dishant Vakte, for rolling up his sleeves and working alongside the team. Another week, another closing! This week, our team was back in Missouri for the closing of our newest property in the great city of Harrisonville! This is our first property in Harrisonville, and the 31st in the state. Fully fenced and gated, this 270-unit facility offers storage solutions for a variety of needs. With a mix of outdoor parking, drive up units, and climate controlled buildings, our Harrisonville location has it all! Thank you to our closing team of SDM Shaun Petrovich, FMM Tony Lentz, and to our newest manager, Cindy McDonald, for making this transition as smooth as possible for our customers. An extra thank you is in hand for everyone who worked diligently throughout the entire closing process to get this across the finish line.
