In the world of light emitting organic electronics then the OLED (organic light-emitting diode) is king. But let’s not forget about OLETs (organic light-emitting transistors). Our partners in Italy at CNR - ISMN are doing some great work on OLET research using a Kurt J. Lesker Company SPECTROS system that is used to fabricate the organic and metal layers in a single vacuum process chamber.
