    Communications Daily covered a recent webinar in which Members Scott Thompson, Angela Y. Kung, and Dan Reing discussed what the telecom industry will look like following the Supreme Court’s recent decision to overrule Chevron deference and how the decision will impact businesses. The article states: “While FCC rules aren't under immediate legislative threat, more frequent court challenges to its decisions are likely in a post-Chevron world, said wireless and wireline attorney Scott Thompson.     Following his arrival at Mintz this week, Member Thomas Earnest spoke with Law360 about his experience advising a range of clients – from startups to late-stage private and public companies.     Last week, we held the 2024 Richard Mintz Pro Bono Award ceremony, an annual award presented to an attorney who exhibits exceptional dedication to pro bono work. This year’s recipient is Associate Nicholas Butto.
