Our staff gathers the necessary information upon referral to determine if the patient meets the criteria. Acute inpatient rehab does not require a hospital stay.

Bomar Inpatient Rehabilitation Center, Emergency Room and eight outpatient care clinics, our caregivers make the East Texas region’s best health care accessible. The 231 patient room facility, located in Nacogdoches, Texas, offers a variety of healthcare services including emergency care, surgeries, and cardiac care, among others. Since 1928, the hospital has been one of the threads connecting families, friends and neighbors, making Nacogdoches a better place to live. For the future, the hospital’s ownership will continue to invest in both staff and equipment to provide the absolute best patient care possible. Investments in state-of-the-art equipment now provide additional services to the Nacogdoches and East Texas communities, including expansion of services in the surgical department for open-heart, vascular and orthopedic trauma surgeries.
