NWECC operators consistently triage more than 300 non-emergency/ emergency calls per hour during peak hours. In some cases, that's as many as 6 calls per minute. Since April, overall call volume is up more than 10% which is typical during summer months. Just know that when moments matter, we'll be here when you call! #WhenMomentsMatter

Each month, our center provides performance data to each of our partner agencies and the public. This is important to us for two reasons: 1) it ensures equity among partners by using data as proof of the fair delivery of service, and 2) It provides a mechanism of transparency and accountability. Since April, average calls per hour have increased by more than 10%, bringing our average calls during peak hours (8am - 8pm) to approximately 6 calls per minute. When moments matter, we'll be here when you call. #WhenMomentsMatter
