We had an absolute blast at the first annual United by Energy Happy Hour last night! The summer 4th of July theme was a total hit, and OGNoCo & On Pointe Consulting LLC brought the heat with a killer karaoke machine to kick off the party. Huge congrats to Lisa Pretz for winning the awesome machine—we can’t wait to see the epic pics from her next party! A big shoutout to everyone who came out—the location was perfect (Polsinelli), food was delicious (Magnum Forge) and the people were incredible! 🎉🎤🔥

Hi, I'm Juniper, but you can call me Junie. I'm just a fun-loving dog who was super excited to play with a cute bunny that kept visiting my yard. But when I finally caught her, I accidentally hurt her. My mom rushed my bunny friend to NoCo Wildlife for help because my tooth injured her pretty badly. I feel awful about it, so I want to support the amazing folks at NoCo Wildlife with their fundraiser to help more bunny friends. Networking Tip: Build Relationships, Not Transactions When it comes to networking, focus on building meaningful relationships rather than just transactional interactions. Networking should be about getting to know people and fostering genuine connections. One of my favorite ways to network is to OFFER HELP. Do you have a particular skill that can benefit others? Offer your expertise to your immediate network or to those seeking solutions you can provide. By consistently offering help, people will start to see you as a reliable resource and someone who adds immediate value. Use this approach to build strong relationships and expand your network.
