    Hiring for a VP of West Coast Sales:   Job Title:  VP of West Coast Sales Direct Report:  CEO Location:  West Coast, USA Compensation: OTE $200,000 plus benefites   Company Overview: Our client is a leading packaging manufacturer specializing in high-quality, custom packaging solutions for a diverse range of industries. They provide climatic packaging solutions for a myriad of industries. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Sales to drive sales strategy and revenue growth.   Position Summary: They are looking for an experienced sales professional to develop a customer base in the west region and beyond. Reporting directly into the CEO, the VP of Sales will be a self-motivating and a organized sales leader, with a passion for driving business and delivering exceptional customer value. This individual will be able to work autonomously with a proactive approach and possess the ability to grow a small sales team for success.
