We are delighted to welcome to the team Heather Tiscia, Executive Director, Head of Regulatory Affairs. Heather joins PMV Pharma bringing a wealth of industry and regulatory experience in oncology and other therapeutic areas. Prior to joining us, Heather was Senior Director, Global Regulatory Lead, Oncology at Jazz Pharmaceuticals where she led the company’s regulatory submission for previously treated HER2+ metastatic biliary tract cancer. PMV Pharma has just dosed the first patient in the registrational, tumor-agnostic Phase 2 portion of the PYNNACLE clinical trial. This marks a significant milestone in the journey toward pioneering precision oncology therapies.   PMV is investigating rezatapopt (PC14586), a first-in-class precision oncology small molecule therapy designed to target the TP53 Y220C mutation in advanced solid tumors.
