Did you know that 1 in 4 American adults has a disability? Today marks National #DisabilityIndependenceDay. This day honors the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) on July 26, 1990, a historic moment in civil rights that was won through the efforts of countless disability activists. May we all continue to work toward equity and inclusion for individuals with disabilities of all kinds. Resources for individuals with disabilities and for businesses seeking to improve accessibility are available at www.ada.gov. #DisabilityInclusion
