BIG DAY for #historictaxcredits in #Missouri. Gov. Parson signed HB 2062 putting into law the program improvements that we've been working for years to secure. Streamlined process. Boosted credit outstate. All sorts of game changers in this bill. Thanks to our legislative champions, Jim Farrell our lobbyist with Historic Revitalization for Missouri, and everyone who gave time and energy to get this across the finish line.

We were deeply saddened to learn of Caroline Wright's passing. It was obvious from our first meeting that she was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She had a beautiful "bedside manner" when talking with applicants, especially those who were taking on their first HTC project and somewhat skeptical about the process. She was firm and realistic without making the rules sound too scary. Our thoughts are with her family and friends.
