The $56 million project offers 89 apartments with playgrounds, a village green, and a clubhouse. The apartments are fully leased to over 300 residents with annual incomes between 30% and 60% of the Area Median Income. The development faced challenges due to changing regulations, funding sources, and city policies, but it was eventually completed. The funding came from various sources including Bank of America, National Equity Fund, and federal tax credits. For more on Pacific Winds, subscribe to sdbj.com. https://lnkd.in/gtZM7m9s
