Eye Surgery Center of Chattanooga Our Eye Surgery Center of Chattanooga is celebrating their 20th Anniversary this month. They have accomplished so much through the years! They grew from 1 to 2 operating rooms in 2009 to 2 to 4 operating rooms in 2015. Throughout this time, they have created a meaningful work culture. We commend their team for the care they provide for our patients and the support they provide each other both at work and outside of work. Due to their culture, they feel that they have been able to retain a best-in-class team which is a valuable asset in any healthcare environment. At this time over half of their 40 employees have been with their practice for over 5 years!
