On National Intern Day, we are proud to spotlight three exceptional interns who bring their diverse skills and dedication to our team. At Siemens Government Technologies we value the fresh perspectives and innovative ideas our interns contribute, and we are committed to providing them with meaningful, hands-on experiences that will shape their future careers. Today, we highlight the journeys and aspirations of Sabah Vahdatshoar, Samuel Arvy, and Mina Song. Sabah, a rising second year Columbus School of Law student at The Catholic University of America, serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Law and Technology. Through his internship, he aims to deepen his understanding of Government Contracts, a field he is passionate about. Samuel, a rising senior studying Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University, is an active member of the MSU Supply Chain Management Association, which provides him with numerous opportunities for personal growth, networking, and career preparation. During his internship, he hopes to gain hands-on experience at the interface of technology and government procurement processes, learning how projects are managed in a government context and developing skills in vendor and contract management. Mina Song is a rising fourth year at University of Iowa, where she majors in Business Analytics & Information Systems and Marketing. Last year, she served as President of the Tippie Senate, the business school's student government, where she worked to improve the experiences of her peers through organizational change. Mina hopes to learn how to apply her skills from the classroom to the office and expresses gratitude for the mentorship and meaningful connections she has received from SGT. We are extremely grateful towards our interns for their diligent work and expertise, and we are excited to see the impact these talented individuals will make during their time with us. #Siemens #SGT #SiemensGovernmentTechnologies #TeamSGT #NationalInternDay #Interns #InternSpotlight #EmployeeSpotlight

The urgency is undeniable: developing a comprehensive digital ecosystem is mission-critical for the future of national security. With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence technologies, the rise of sophisticated cyber threats, and the resurgence of geopolitical adversaries, the United States Department of Defense (DoD) must leverage cutting-edge digital capabilities to maintain strategic superiority. Despite widespread recognition of the need for a digital ecosystem within government and the defense industry, the current pace of adoption does not meet the pressing demands of our time. Accelerating the implementation of these technologies is essential for the DoD to ensure national security and maintain a competitive edge. Read more about what the DoD can do to implement an enterprise digital framework in SGT President and CEO John Ustica's newest article in the Advancing Government series: https://bit.ly/3Sd3MHm #SGT #Siemens #SiemensGovernmentTechnologies #AdvancingGovernment #DepartmentOfDefense #Digitalization #DigitalEcosystem
