The team at Skelly and Loy, Inc., / A Terracon Company, has been involved with the Central Susquehanna Valley Transportation (CSVT) project since 1995. They’ve served as the lead on the $900 million project, using their environmental compliance expertise to help determine the highway’s final path. The northern section opened in 2022, and the southern section is scheduled to open in 2027.
