Meet Amy Mellinger - Originally from Western KY and a proud UK College of Design alumna, Amy has always loved calling Lexington home. For 25 years, she has enjoyed various aspects of commercial real estate, including property management, sales/leasing, and especially working on large development projects. Amy is a partner at Block + Lot Real Estate and MWM Consulting, LLC, an affiliated company. She also co-owns Paxton Home with her daughter, Paige. When away from work, Amy loves spending time with her family, traveling, enjoying the outdoors, and everything design-related. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Traditional Bank.
