  • Kaylee was looking to find a career that would help her grow as a clinical leader in home health. She found that at Thrive SPC, where employees are truly valued, offered growth opportunities, and given a great work/life balance that helps them take great care of their patients and enjoy a fulfilling career. Hear Kaylee tell her story:

  • Meet William, a vital member of our nursing team since September of 2022! He always goes the extra mile to provide excellent care for his patients. Whether it is arriving early to participate in his patients' doctor visits or coming in last minute when his patient is discharged from the hospital, William is always rearranging his schedule to meet their needs. His commitment to the highest quality care is a testament to Thrive SPC’s core values and make him a great role model for others. We are lucky to have him!

  • Meet Danielle and Mary! Danielle is one of our hardworking RNs who provides excellent care to Mary, a precious little girl full of personality! Despite living with Battens Disease, a rare disorder that causes degeneration of the brain, she loves to spread positivity by making her nurses laugh and giggle. While providing excellent care for Mary on weekend nights, Danielle has been in school full-time. We are extremely proud of her as she will be graduating in December 2024 with her nursing license. She is a true hard worker, team player, and go-getter!

  • Meet Nadia, an amazing 17-year-old who enjoys spending time with her family and taking walks in nature. Nadia has autoimmune hepatitis and hypersplenism which significantly impacts her daily life. Despite these conditions and having had a liver transplant, she has not let it get the best of her. Since joining the Thrive SPC family in January, consistent nursing and healthier eating have allowed her to flourish, increase independence and meet personal goals. Recently, she attended her prom—we hope she had an amazing time. We are so proud of her progress and love cheering her on!
