VoLTE Roaming changed the way voice calls are handled. Unlike traditional legacy voice service, VoLTE calls are routed back home. The home operator is responsible for analyzing the dialed number and connecting the call to the desired destination. If a roamer dials a local restaurant to book a table without the international prefix, the home operator doesn’t know where to route this call. Based on #smart algorithms and an extensive number plan database, our Virtual Home Environment (VHE) for VoLTE can determine and translate domestic and geo-local numbers into international formats.
