Imagine your cybersecurity expert, let's call him Mike, is being tested. He's facing 100 cybersecurity attacks, but in the end is only able to defend against 20, making him 20% cyber-ready. What should the management do?    Obviously, they should either train him, or find someone who’s already better trained.    Our cyberwarfare simulator CDeX (Cyber Defence eXercise Platform) is the perfect way to both build and test cyber defence competences.    CDeX (Cyber Defence eXercise Platform) offers a fully scalable, automated, and hyperrealistic training environment. Through it, you can provide the team with an attack scenario. They will engage in a couple of hours of "combat" in a training ground, after which the software can determine in percentages how well the team (or individual) handled the threats.     I think the management’s mindset should be, "Okay, my team is currently 20% ready to repel cyber threats, but in six months, I want them to be 80% ready."    Then, you achieve that goal through regular training.    But the main thing is, it’s absolutely essential your management team has this knowledge in the first place. You need to know how ready your cybersecurity team really is for all the threats out there. Only then can you actually do something about it.
