At the recent HITEC event in Charlotte, our VP of Brand, Laurel Greatrix, took the stage with leaders from Amazon Alexa and Reverb Hotels by Hard Rock. They discussed our new partnership: integrating Viator’s world-leading collection of tours, activities, and experiences into Amazon’s Alexa Smart Properties for Hospitality — the Alexa devices found in hotel rooms. The partnership allows guests to search, sort, and book popular local experiences, using touch and voice, from the comfort of their hotel rooms. It's one of thousands of ways our industry-leading partnership program reaches travelers wherever they’re shopping while expanding distribution for operators.
