I had the pleasure of interviewing Rudolf Zolko-Ere on August 23, 2023, for the position of Construction Technician and in less than a year, Rudolf has demonstrated extraordinary growth, both personally and professionally, achieving a remarkable 10x advancement. Today, he is leading our construction team in the Greater Twifo Zone and is now interviewing candidates to fill his previous role at 4Ward Development. Our Strategic Partnerships team witnessed the remarkable impact reliable safe water can have when they visited our business, 4Ward Development Northern Operations in Wa, Ghana. While the Water Forum takes place in Bali, let us not forget that the issue of access to drinking water is still an immense challenge. And if we also consider that this access must be truly sustainable, we are dizzying. SDG 6.1 will not be achieved only by deploying infrastructures, but by supporting, valuing and strengthening the 'operators' of these infrastructures who ensure the sustainability of the models. Investments must be massively directed towards these operators to ensure that the infrastructures are maintained, that quality is monitored, that the promotion of good practices is carried out, that the access service is valued, that the various stakeholders are coordinated,... Wondering what these women have in common? It's not just the fact that they all enjoy the luxury of Numa Water flowing from their taps—though they do.
