    Every other weekend I spent time with my Little, who is a child in the Troy community that wishes for a role model to spend time with.

    As an Elite Big, I managed a fundraising effort to raise money for mentoring programs in the Capital Region of New York.

    I value this experience the most, because it has allowed me to see my Little grow and be more confident and outspoken, and has given me a great chance to make my mark on the community in a positive manner.
