Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • The Accountant will be involved in full-cycle corporate accounting functions, including financial statement and reporting preparation, consolidations, audit, overseeing financial closes, journal entries, and account reconciliations. The Accounting will also review fixed assets, intangibles, prepaid and ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions.
  • Review journal entries in preparation for month-end close, fixed assets, and other areas
  • Prepare account reconciliations on a periodic basis
  • Develop and assist your accounting leadership team with handling core corporate accounting functions, including posting all relevant entries and inventory transactions
  • Oversee your staff during the month-end and quarter-end closing processes, including preparing journal entries, and performing complex monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Handle all inventory, purchasing issues, production, sales, expenses, and liabilities
  • Identify and prepare consolidation/elimination entries
  • Ensure all accounting processes are in accordance with GAAP standards

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with US standards
  • Work closely with professionals to provide necessary expenses information
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
