Accountant

The Entry-Level Accountant will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and general ledger maintenance. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their accounting career looking to grow and develop within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send invoices to clients, monitor outstanding receivables, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger.
• Generate and analyze accounts payable aging reports to monitor outstanding balances and manage cash flow.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation Work, Budgeting MUST

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
