We are seeking a talented Level 2 Application Support Specialist to join our client’s team and ensure the optimal functionality of their critical systems, including ERP, e-commerce, warehouse management, and point of sale applications.
What You'll Do:
- Problem Solver: Dive deep into complex application issues, providing not just answers but proactive solutions to our internal and external customers.
- Team Collaborator: Work hand-in-hand with an exceptional group of developers and support teams to enhance application performance, configuration, and compatibility.
- Support Guru: Deliver stellar technical support via email, phone, and our advanced ticketing system, making sure client satisfaction is always at the forefront.
- System Guardian: Monitor and uphold the integrity, availability, and performance of our enterprise applications, ensuring seamless operations across the board.
- Knowledge Champion: Create and manage detailed documentation that serves as the backbone for support processes and troubleshooting guides.
- On-Call Leader: Participate in an on-call rotation, ready to solve urgent issues that arise after hours, demonstrating your commitment and reliability.
- Effective Communicator: Engage with stakeholders efficiently, providing updates and comprehensive reports on issue resolution and system status.
- Reliable Teammate: Show up for your team and contribute to our shared goals with regular, punctual attendance and a can-do attitude.

What You Bring:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent in experience.
- Proven Experience: At least 3 years in L2 Application Support or a similar role, with a strong background in supporting enterprise applications.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, as well as familiarity with e-commerce platforms, warehouse management systems, and point of sale technology.
- Analytical Thinker: Exceptional problem-solving skills backed by an excellent understanding of ITIL frameworks, SLAs, and incident management.
- Communication Skills: Superb written and verbal communication abilities, essential for team collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Additional Skills: Proficiency in scripting and SQL is highly desirable, enhancing your toolkit for technical challenges.
