Company Description

We are a team of 4 building a crypto mobile game in which you compete for the number 1 spot in a Battle Royale that never ends.

A mix of Brawlstars and agario, gameplay involves picking up “essence”, the game currency, in order to level up your character inside the arena making you bigger, giving you better stats and unlocking new abilities.

Role Description

This role is equity in exchange for part time, do not apply if you need an income. We are looking for a gritty, and determined individual early in their career that would like to shape the art direction of a mobile game. As the Cofounder - Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the artistic direction and visual style of our platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually stunning and engaging user experiences, define the brand identity, and ensure consistent visual standards across all digital assets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in graphic design, illustration, and visual storytelling
• Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in web and mobile design
• Familiarity with the gaming and NFT industry
• Experience in creating visual assets for digital platforms
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
