Vivienne Westwood is currently recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Belmont Park. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be a performance driven individual who has proven track record of success in fashion luxury sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role. They will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to inspire and lead the team. They will ensure the delivery of the business plan, key sales targets and KPI´s and local retailing strategy while ensuring full compliance in all aspects of people management.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales and other store KPI targets
Lead by example and motivate of the team to continually exceed the goals set
Ensure training of all shop staff, providing product knowledge, and a clear understanding of performance expectations and selling skills
Build clientele business relationship and expand customer database
Ensure that all daily business operations are completed (opening and closing duties)
Stock control, cash management, sales forecasts, and daily reports
Ensuring an accurate brand image, maintaining visual merchandising standards, maximizing product rotation, ensuring best sellers management in store in line with the company standards
Maintain effective communication with London headquarter
Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations as well as any ad hoc duties
Profile & Key Skills
5+ years of proven retail management experience selling a luxury product
Ability to drive profitability and maximise opportunities
Ability to work under pressure, positive attitude
Ability to demonstrate organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment within a luxury brand
Ability to work a flexible schedule including morning, evening, and weekend availability
People Management, Development and Motivation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate (word, excel and lotus notes)
Tracked record of clientele portfolio
