Savage X Fenty is currently looking for an Associate Buyer. Co-founded by music and fashion icon Rihanna, Savage X Fenty is leading the way with lingerie, lounge, and sport lines that celebrate and speak to all shades and shapes of people, and champions fearlessness, confidence, and inclusivity.

How Do You Fit In?

As the Associate Buyer, you would be responsible for assisting the Buying Team in daily, weekly, and monthly projects. The ability to multi-task and prioritize these projects will be important to the success of this role. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability of working in a fast-paced environment is required.

What You Will Do

• Detailed Oriented:
• Data entry with a high level of accuracy rate
• Accuracy in reporting / data pulls
• Complete assigned tasks thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner
• System Savvy:
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially with high proficiency in Excel
• Basic Illustrator knowledge
• Training would be provided
• Pulling reports and data entry in multiple systems
• Training would be provided
• Ability to troubleshoot systems or highlight concerns
• Strong Communication:
• Ability to partner, highlight, and raise any concerns
• Strong partner to the merchandising team to understand priorities and pivot as needed
• BA or BS preferred
• 1+ years of experience in merchandising/buying
  

What You Will Bring

• Meticulous maintenance of buy records:
• Entry of new styles/outfits into buysheet and style master
• Timely update of all style, cost, and quantity changes
• Manage and track shipping:
• Manage all areas of shipping tracking from ETA to receipt in the system
• Diligently surface any delayed POs or shipping issues to Buying Team
• Creation of selling report:
• Pull, format, and distribute weekly selling report
• Support ad hoc analysis
• PO Review and Approval
• Additional ad hoc projects and responsibilities as required to support the Buying Team, and occasionally the Planning Team.
  

This position will report to Buyer.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $67,000-$70,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Savage X Fenty expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
