This position will be focused on supporting our global Pampers Wipes Business, which is targeting to reach $1B in the next few years. This position will focus on supporting the business by ensuring that all new initiatives and innovation masterplan will not introduce microbiology stability risk, via leading the stability studies for each initiative. The role will also be focused on understanding chemistry of ingredients during stability studies, in order to be able to predict risk levels for new ingredients. This role is designed as an entry level for employees who develop proficiency in Materials Development Procedural work and expertise in Application work by combining hands-on experimentation with scientific principles and knowledge from science/engineering education to drive foundational technical understanding and solve technical problems. Delivers technical outputs which address critical innovation challenges and completion of key milestones.
