What’s unique about this role?
In this role, you will assist the Finance team with each month-end close, including but not limited to creating invoices, setting up rate tables, submitting invoices to clients via various methods, submitting month-end accruals, credit memo creation/submission. Other duties will include data entry and report creation as well as miscellaneous tasks.
What will this person do?
- Assist in month end close process
- Create/maintain rate tables for clients/matters
- Assist in submitting - 4,000 invoices to clients via email/eBilling systems (Legal Tracker, Tymetrix, etc.)
- Submit accruals to clients via email/eBilling systems (Tracker, Tymetrix, etc.)
- Matter/Client creation in D365/Quickbase/Qbill
- Work with others on the Billing Team to ensure that all incoming billing questions are answered within 24 hours.
- Generate ad hoc financial reporting for the sales team, department heads, clients, etc.
- Provide general administrative support and reporting to the Billing Team and Billing Manager.
- Miscellaneous tasks, as needed/assigned.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately
- Extremely detail oriented and proactive
- Highly organized, have excellent follow through, extremely reliable and responsive
- Catch on quickly, are not afraid to ask questions or of learning something new
- Proficient in Excel, Word and outlook
- Knowledge of D365, Quickbase a plus
- Knowledge of eBilling systems a plus (Tracker, Tymetrix, etc.)
- Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.
- Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.
- Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).
As required by applicable pay transparency laws, Lighthouse complies with compensation disclosure requirements for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.
The expected pay for this role will range from $44,073 to $58,765 per year. This role will be eligible to participate in an annual bonus or incentive program.
