Job Description:

As a business analyst within our projects department, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of large, complex IT projects. Your experience in Scrum methodology and hands-on involvement in similar environments will be vital in driving our projects forward. Below are detailed responsibilities and requirements for this role:

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Scrum methodology to guide project teams through the development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document project requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
  • Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Facilitate communication between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and progress.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or obstacles, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing lessons learned into future projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a system engineering, business, or information technology-related area.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), with full bilingual proficiency.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze complex business requirements.
  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of effectively leading project teams.
  • Experience in business analysis, including requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Scrum Master or Product Owner Certification (preferred), demonstrating proficiency in Scrum methodology.
  • IIBA Business Analysis Certification (preferred), showcasing expertise in business analysis best practices.
