Business Analyst - Data Analytics

Are you ready to build your career by joining a leading pharmaceutical solutions organization. If so, our client is hiring a Business Analyst - Data Analytics!

What You'll Do:

• Conceptualize data models and data analysis needs for large scale use cases.
• Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders in realizing IT solutions.
• Working in Agile teams with Data Engineers, Testers, Product owners and other stakeholders.
• Writing user stories or functional design documents, data validation, testing in an Agile setup.
  
  
  

What You Bring:

• Minimum 10 years' experience working as Business Analyst in Data Analytics space.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to conceptualize data models and data analysis needs for large scale use cases.
• Financial/ Accounting domain knowledge is required
• Strong Business engagement skills and ability to collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders in realizing IT solutions.
• Strong experience working in Agile teams with Data Engineers, Testers, Product owners and other stakeholders.
• Strong experience in writing user stories or functional design documents, data validation, testing in an Agile setup.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Databricks background is not mandatory but nice-to have.
• Strong background in Data Analytics.
• Excellent SQL skills.
• Good understanding of integration between SQL data warehouses, Data sources and Reporting layer.
• Should be a proactive dynamic candidate and effectively own and execute project deliverables.
• Good SAP Functional background: Knowledge on Finance / SAP COPA is a definite advantage.
