As a business data analyst, this person will be working alongside other members of the team and the Association staff, this resource will be required to review, analyze, and evaluate data with the goal of gleaning actionable business information. Utilizing mature skills in Power Bi and Power Automate, the Business Data Analyst will be an integral part of an existing team, focused on mining information from our various systems to support business decisions with traceable and auditable data. Experience with collecting data from various sources through integrations is a requirement of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with both technical and business staff to understand and align with business needs.
Maintain disciplined documentation of conversations, action items, and plans to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Leverage extensive experience with Power BI/Fabric, systems integration, and technical data infrastructures.
Demonstrate hands-on experience with Power Automate, with a proven ability to identify and automate manual processes.
Foster a collaborative environment, with a willingness to learn and an ability to teach others
Develop user and functional requirements documents as a key component of the role.
Document operational/business procedures, including creating flow charts, with the goal of developing SOPs or requirement documents for automation.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 or more years of experience.
Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience.
Intermediate / Advanced knowledge of Microsoft M-365 E5 suite of products including SharePoint online
Experience with PowerBI and Power Automate
