Business Operations Manager

My client is a US-based cybersecurity consultancy, committed to providing top-tier Offensive Security, Cloud Security, and relevant solutions / services globally. They are looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, finance, and IT, to align business goals and strategies.
• Implement and improve operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business performance.
• Manage budgets and optimize costs for various business functions.
• Support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor a team to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Address and resolve any operational issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business operations management.
• Previous experience in a high-end law firm or consulting business, or similar roles in tech / cybersecurity companies.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiencies and achieving business goals.
• Excellent report writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
