Responsibilities:

• Manage supply chain processes including scheduling and purchasing with domestic suppliers.
• Prepare and manage all vendor contracts including negotiation of rates. Operate as primary contact with vendors.
• Consistently assess supplies, processes, and procedures with lean principles in mind. Make, discuss, and implement cost-saving decisions.
• Partner with warehouse to ensure timely delivery of supplies and inventory levels.
• Participate in new product development conversations as supply chain expert.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Supply Chain certification highly desired
• Command of ERPs and Excel is required

About the role:

Full Time, Direct Hire

Mon – Fri; 8a – 5p; Mostly on site with hybrid and schedule flexibility

Availability for occasional international supplier / partner calls after hours

Comp / Benefits – 70-80K DOE; employer/employee supported medical, dental and vision plans, paid time off, and 401k with company match
