1+ years of customer service experience - answering incoming calls
Experience documenting information/issues related to a call Outgoing personality and multi tasker Must have experience answering phones while checking emails, chat lines, etc..
Experience using Teams, Zoom, Outlook, MS Suite, etc..

Job Description: A large home healthcare company is looking to hire a customer service agent to join there Information Services administrative team comprised of 5 people. This person will be responsible for answering 100+ incoming calls from clinical staff and triaging the call to the correct team depending on the issue the caller is having. This person must provide white glove service, gathering as much information as possible and documenting the issue so they next team has the details needed to resolve the call. This person must be proficient in MS office suite and comfortable using both teams and zoom on a daily basis.
Compensation:
$16/hr to $17/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
