The Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment provides assistance in the preparation and distribution of drug products. The Technician is responsible for preparing the prescription medications via use of the fulfillment system.
Job Responsibilities:
Process prescription exceptions which may include resolving claim rejects and member and physician outreach.
Enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system.
Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member issues.
Escalate questions regarding prescription to a pharmacist for interpretation or provide direction on processing.
Assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls.
Education/Experience:
High School diploma.
0 to 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification as required by state of operation. Basic computer skills.
Potential extensions based on assignment need
Years of experience team is looking for: 1 yr. (6 months retail) – Clinical, customer service skills/experience
Day to day tasks:
Authorizing prior authorization by phone and fax. Assisting Pharmacy with error codes in collaboration with the help

Pay Rate: $18.00 to $21.00

CANDIDATE MUST SEND IN CERTIFICATION TO BE ELIGIBLE
Must Take Skills Assure/Assessment
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS ARE NOT PAID UNLESS WORKING ON THAT DAY.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AN 8 HOUR SCHEDULEd BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 6:00AM AND 10:00PM CENTRAL TIME.
