Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ prosthetic and orthotic needs, considering their medical history, lifestyle, and individual requirements.
Design and fabricate customized prosthetic and orthotic devices tailored to each patient’s unique anatomy and functional goals.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care, fostering a holistic approach to rehabilitation.
Provide expert consultations and education to patients and their families, guiding them through the selection, fitting, and usage of prosthetic and orthotic devices.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation, adhering to all regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Stay abreast of industry advancements and best practices through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Contribute to the mission and goals of our client’s nonprofit organization, actively participating in community outreach programs and initiatives to promote awareness and access to prosthetic and orthotic services.
Qualifications
Proven experience in prosthetic and orthotic assessment, design, and fabrication.
Commitment to providing high-quality care and improving the lives of individuals through prosthetic and orthotic solutions.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to learn and eventually take over the office as a Clinic Manager.
