Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CHRO or senior HR leader, preferably in the entertainment, media, or related creative industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
