•  Partner with the CEO to craft a visionary growth strategy that leverages AI, machine learning, and automation to revolutionize the way debt is collected.

• Oversee the development and implementation of industry-leading fintech solutions that streamline collections processes and maximize recovery rates.

Forge the Foundry of Operational Excellence

• Implement cutting-edge process automation solutions to streamline operations and free up human capital for higher-value tasks.

The Debt Collection Guru: You possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the debt collection industry, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and operational efficiency.

• You understand the ethical considerations of debt collection and are passionate about building a company that does things the right way.

The Fintech Alchemist: You have a deep appreciation for the power of technology and a keen eye for identifying innovative solutions

• Experience in implementing technology solutions within the financial services industry is a major plus.
• You're comfortable working with data scientists, software developers, and other technical experts to translate strategic vision into tangible reality.
