You are an experienced and entrepreneurial COO and rainmaker who will lead our efforts in building a thriving business ecosystem. You have a proven track record of success in scaling businesses, driving revenue growth, and creating value through strategic initiatives. You are a dynamic leader with strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the SMB sector and family-owned businesses. You’re a team player embodying the values of the brand, bringing a blue-collar work ethic to a white-collar world, keeping it simple and being obsessed with execution and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a boutique strategy and advisory business, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
• Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement business strategies focused on growth, value creation, and market expansion.
• Identify new markets and opportunities for expansion and develop market entry strategies.
• Act as a rainmaker by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Implement best practices and processes to drive operational improvements.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that attracts and retains top talent.
• Manage the financial health of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• MBA, Law, or equivalent advanced degree.
• 15+ years of experience in advising, managing, and scaling SMBs.

• Proven success in strategic leadership, business development, and financial management.
• Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach and innovative thinking.
• Ability to build and leverage a robust network of contacts within the SMB sector.
• High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and cultural alignment with our vision and values.
