Chief Technology Officer

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our client's technology strategy and drive the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling a Series A company, a deep understanding of IoT products, and the ability to lead a diverse team of engineers and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s technical vision and strategy, aligning with business goals and objectives.
• Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of our IoT products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Scalability: Implement scalable technology solutions to support the company’s rapid growth and expansion.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other executive team members to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure seamless integration of technology with business operations.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, leveraging them to enhance our product offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the security and reliability of our systems and data.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a Series A company, successfully scaling for growth.
• Extensive experience in developing IoT products for commercial and residential applications.
• Strong technical background with expertise in software development, hardware integration, and cloud computing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of engineers and developers.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
