Position can be in Norman, OK or Oklahoma City, OK.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Civil Professional Engineer – Water Resources:
#1. Must have at least 5 years exp in water resources.
#2. Must have PE license or ability to attain it.
#3. Must have experience with software including AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS.
#4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years
Requirements Of The Civil Professional Engineer – Water Resources
Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Certification: Professional Engineer registration in OK, with the ability to obtain certification in NM and TX.
Experience: At least 5 years in water resources.
Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS preferred.
Knowledge: Expert knowledge of civil engineering practices, principles, and industry trends.
Project Management: Strong understanding of engineering project management methods, including planning from start to finish, considering time, cost, and resources.
Leadership: Effective leadership skills with good communication, motivation, and team-building abilities.
Delegation: Strategic and effective delegation skills.
Regulations: Expert knowledge of environmental and workplace safety regulations.
Teamwork: Ability to align the team with a common mission and goals.
Organization: High level of organization to maximize business hours and prioritize tasks strategically for a balanced work-life.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills to design systems resilient to environmental elements.
Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with non-engineer decision-makers and effectively communicate plans.
Other Key Requirements
In office role with hybrid potential.
Sponsorships or visa holders okay. No Corp-to-Corp.
