Claims Adjuster

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster to join our client's growing team.

Compensation

• $90,000 - $95,000/year+ ( based on experience)
• Annual bonus potential

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or related work experience
• 5+ years of experience handling complex commercial auto/bodily injury claims
• Litigation experience required
• As many licenses as possible is required

Job Responsibilities

• Investigate and handle commercial auto claims from inception to resolution.
• Analyze and interpret insurance policies and coverage details.
• Conduct thorough investigations, including interviews, inspections, and obtaining necessary documentation.
• Evaluate damages and determine liability based on gathered information.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other parties.
• Maintain detailed and accurate claim files and documentation.
