Conducts job analysis, conducts benchmark reviews, FLSA Assessments, and market pricing jobs
Collects, verifies, and submits organizational pay data to selected salary surveys
Audits and ensures pay practices are in compliance with policies, procedures, guidelines, as well as applicable regulations, such as wage and hour laws
Applies broad knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and procedures across all aspects of Neighborhood regions and departments
Monitors administration of various base pay compensation programs including the annual salary planning process, performance management cycle, equity reviews and promotion or wage adjustments to ensure accuracy of calculations and payments
Partner with HRIS and Finance in the creation and maintenance of job codes to ensure data integrity
Partners with department leaders, HR Generalists and Talent Acquisition Partners for all compensation matters related to offers, promotions, and internal transfers
Participates and supports the Compensation Supervisor with the coordination of medium to large-scale compensation projects, including taking the lead on such projects as directed
Participates in the development, implementation, and administration of wage and salary reviews
Assists in the development of training materials and communications for leaders and employees for compensation related matters
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field and four years of experience in employee and/or provider compensation, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required
A combination of Healthcare or HR experience with an advanced degree (MS/MA) degree will be accepted in lieu of experience
At least five years' experience in Human Resources, preferred
Healthcare experience, preferred
Proficient to advanced understanding and knowledge of wage and hour laws and compensation practices
Relevant certifications, such as a PHR, or SHRM certification a plus; CCP certification preferred
Experience with compensation surveys and market data analysis required
UKG Ultipro and PayFactors experience preferred
Experience with SharePoint preferred
Additional Qualifications(Knowledge, Skills And Abilities)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including superior composition, typing and proofreading skills, with he ability to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others
Strong analytical skills and math aptitude required
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Advanced knowledge with MS Excel including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, charts and working with large data sets required
Working knowledge of compensation best practices
Ability to think critically, and successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent planning and organizational ability
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work with highly confidential information in a professional and ethical manner
Ability to recall information with accuracy with attention to detail
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift/carry 10 lbs/weight
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Salary range: $95,000-$115,000 annually, depending on experience.
